J & R Review – Coupons, Discounts and Rebates

Great selection of inventory at very competitive prices. Shipping charges are minimal. Site is easy to navigate, orders are easy to place. Information provided on the site is comprehensive. Customer Service is very good. Shipments are error free and arrive promptly. I find that the pricing is often the best. Communication of order status is very good. I use J&R regularly and have not been disappointed. However, if you are, returns are easy enough to handle.

One of the features I really appreciate is that if you order an item like a digital camera, the site will make additional suggestions which is great for someone like me who isn’t all that savvy with electronics. No need to actually add the item, but it’s a nice prompt for you to consider. After receiving such prompts, I have then contacted Customer Service for clarification.

The reps are knowledgeable and provide great assistance. I have never had any problems with orders from J&R and would absolutely recommend the site. I don’t have any local J&R stores near me, so I am thrilled to have access online, and I don’t have to pay taxes!

But my favorite part of the site is the Rebate Center link, which brings up a page that lists all of the companies that currently have rebate offers, and links to each particular item and a downloadable rebate form. In addition to J and R’s already good deals, they actually help you in your bargain hunting!

All I had to do was click the product I was looking for, there were many options. There were tiny descriptions of each product, as well as a notice if the item was on sale. I chose one of the items with a discount, and I have not had any trouble with the product at all. The delivery was prompt, and the order was correct. I have no complaints, and will use this company again.

Besides I’m clueless in a store like this, so shopping J&R online is a very pleasant experience. Their search feature is very good and the reviews are helpful when trying not to be overwhelmed by the inventory.
